At least once I was really scared by how it made me feel.

If you answered these questions honestly, you’ll have some important information about your level of alcohol and other drug use. Your answers might help you figure out if you have a problem. There are a couple of rules of thumb. If you think you have a problem, if you feel your use is out of control, or you continue using despite experiencing consequences, you probably do have a problem. If you have questions, talk to an adult you trust.
